yea exactly, the hygiene thing aside, it could have been super awesome! If you read the thing and turn "haggle time" into nothing, i.e. there was all-in price from the beginning, and read it without the hygiene thing, which is how I re-read it this morning, it looks like a jackpot! The haggle thing of course we can get around by talking it out before starting, and the hygiene thing, for me, could have been a simple, hey let's get in the shower for some fun.
For sure, 100% that agency should have some customer resolution system. For that price, that should be attracting some high rollers who we enjoy not to be fucking around with a la carte and upsell and dirty pussy.
Would be easy like you say, take the discount out of the contractors' end. I do this all the time in my business when we have someone do toll processing in another country. They are set to do X tons per hour at Y price, so that I can have it shipped someplace else for Z price. That customer doesn't know or care if the toll processor had a few guys turn up sick that day, or that country's government decided to turn the power off for the day. The customer wants his shit on time in the quantities and price we negotiated. I take some of the loss, and the toll processor takes the loss, and they either smile while taking the loss or never get the business again. And they always want the business again. If girl has a dirty pussy, that is 100% no my problem, but since the only thing I care about in the universe is DATYO'ing a stranger, I feel like I would have been on fire over that thing.
The end-use customer ought never to take the loss. PL could take it out of their own end, and then either eat it or take it out of the provider's end. Such a mess. Would be funny if someone with actual operations experience ever ran one of these agencies or even the spas, but I'm sure it would be so awesome that they'd be busted in a week.
