Not sure. However op said Spa if it's the spa, they take non Chinese. Albeit I don't know how often they do. I got in, so it can be done.

other location can be bit of a crap shoot. Funny, they asked me to leave once. I had to text mms to let me back in. I had to show my old phone chat history with mms with the door person.
