Thanks for the review, as I have been curious about this girl.
And I don't think that bait and switch is the correct term for what happened to you.
More likely it was because she was the only one available when you got there. This happened because you said that you would pick when you got there. And when you got there, she was the only girl who didn't have a customer.
Next time if you are sure who you want ask for her, and make a definite appointment.
Or if you get there with nobody in mind, and you don't like who you see, ask when Flower or whatever girl you want will be available and make an appointment and go out and have a cup of coffee and come back when it is time.
This is one of the best run places in NYC IMHO.

It was actually only a 15-20 minute time span between call/arrival and all the doors in the hall were open (i.e empty) I think it was just some rotation or maybe Coco wasn't that busy that day. It wasn't anything terrible and if the girl they sent in wasn't great I would have just rescheduled. MMS ran off a few names they literally said I send you Coco lol. I don't think it is poorly run, I actually found the whole exchange amusing, reminded me of when I was actually in China.
