I had a hard time getting my one dominican friend inside a korean spa. It wasn't even a private spa. It was out in the open, passaic spa. He wasn't black but he was DARK skinned dominican. And he was 6 foot 8. So he looked like an NBA player. I brought him with me and i assigned him to one of the girls who doesn't like dark skinned guys. After 1 session, he said she was in love with him.

Could be a lot of things, in my experience most people just have bad fitting footwear that doesn't give proper support when running.

When i say my ankles hurt, i don't mean to the point where i can't walk. But it does hurt if i try to do explosive movements, like trying to jump at something high, or sprinting from one direction to the next etc.

You may just have stiff ankles and need to stretch/rotate them more before you go on long runs or lift heavy weights. I know I neglect stretching a lot and I'm paying the price for it LOL

Shyguyk if that had happened to me I would have said Sayonara and never return to that spa. I have never had a no show after making an appointment in the morning, and showing up perhaps 2 hours later. To be told to wait another hour is abusive. I would have walked right there. That is why I never travel to NYC........ too many cocks and too few ladies.

Nah, i run a lot without stretching, i play basketball a lot during this time of the year and i never had ankle issues. Only when i try to work them with weights, so maybe that's part of DOMS? I don't know.
