unfortunately, many people here say "if asked if you called, say yes". That results in someone taking an appointment that another monger made. We all need to not be dicks about it (pardon the pun) and be honest. Sunny or Sharon, either one of those there are excellent. Sunny is great with her extended edging techniques.

Did I get this right? The guy calls, makes an appointment, they double book and you think he is an "a@$hole" I would not be so quick to insult someone, they are known for double booking. I cannot say I blame them as most people wont call back to cancel if something happens. In any case, how does your story add value to the report?

I think it’s 10 minutes of loudly arguing about it in the middle of the joint that makes him an @$$hole. I get it, he called and they double booked and he’s pissed but shit happens. You either decide to wait or you voice your displeasure and leave, don’t make a scene.

Original poster says "hems and haws" which I think to mean he is lying and trying to say he did, but maybe he didn't. But then again, if he argued about it maybe he DID call and they double booked, or never "wrote it down". I hate to say this, but perhaps this is just our cost of doing business and we have to accept that sometimes this happens.

I don't blame the monger for saying he called when he didn't. I call him an a%$hole for arguing loudly for twenty minutes andspoiling the atmospher for others when he could simply have come back later or gone elsewhere
