I heard of a client being taken away by am ambulance several years ago at a popular place in nyc from sliding off the table... broken back or something.. you will notice the veteran attendants are usually spotting you on the flip just to prevent this.

last time i was here i tried to give Sunny .4 and she kind of shrugged and was like, really? the extra .2 made her happy...so it does make me think it's the new normal for this level of service. at least this place.
