On the one side are the offices of Tuscan Dairy Farms. On the other is a strip-mall church. If you don't like sidelong glances from pedestrians, then stay away from Sundays or peak business hours (although Tuscan is 24/7).
The place isn't dirty, and the massage is entirely dependent on the practitioner you draw. I've experienced the entire scale at Sunny's, within the framework of their rules of course.

Sunny’s is good it’s always clean they have shower and a sauna. Rooms are private. Girls are pretty nice. Although not a fs fuck shop a good time can be had. The milk company people church goers and truckers could care less Ironically for 10 bucks extra they will give you a milk shower. I’ve been going there many years have never had a girl disappoint me or be hideous enough to Turn down
Lisa has been running this shop since way back early 90's from the original sunnys.
Back in the very early days she allowed all out FS to regulars.
Girls like Amy, Vivian, Penny, and Candy are just a handful of the ladies I banged over and over with Lisa just outside the door.
As the 2000's rolled in and LE started bringing some hassle, Lisa decided she would start to enforce ST only.
Her choice was a smart one seeing how she has been going strong for almost three decades.
Fast forward to the last 3 or 4 years.
After many years of disconnect I started going to Sunnys again.
Ill just give a quick example.
Everyone remembers Fiona.
Fiona was named Lucy at another FS shop.
Everytime I went to see Fiona at Sunnys if Lisa wasnt there we would fuck like crazy. Everytime I went and Lisa was there Fiona wouldnt do anything other than HJ.
Fiona told me that its not like Lisa doesnt know that the girls do extras when they can @Waterboy because she does know.
She just doesnt want it happening when she is on the property for obvious reasons.
