My guess is that they’re trying to be careful. New girl and new customer so they played it safe and blew you off. They are very covert in their ads and their operations so it’s not surprising. When I was a newbie there I was also turned away like that a couple of times with girls that didn’t know me.

And believe me.. Rose knows exactly what’s going on. She’s the manicure madam
