Yes. I think most masseuse allowed utc roaming. Although it varies at different places. If she doesn't like it or permit it, they will let you know right away.

Maybe the two I saw are older. The person working the front was old, but I don't think she was a masseuse. They seemed younger under the mask. Anyway, they didn't remind me of those grandmas on 40th road.
