To be fair, her rate has been plainly stated on their site. You can't deduct points for her sticking to her rate. (And frankly, it turns out it was a good thing she asked) Though I guess everyone has to draw their line somewhere, so you're certainly entitled to not repeat based on her current rate.
You used an adjective starting with "ob" at the end there, which I think isn't really exactly what you meant. Certainly not how I perceived her. Maybe co-operative. Willing. But she comes over as very strong-willed and won't do any shit she doesn't want to do. Luckily she wants to do more than enough to keep the customers coming to her door.
