I texted this place today. After some light screening, crickets. They ask name, age and race. Provided the answers and let them know a time I can be there by. No reply whatsoever. I am not AA by the way, so not sure what the issue is. They are probably getting hammered with requests after the recent reviews, but who knows...

Did you ask for anyone specifically (Marsha, Lulu, Vanessa)? I also texted them and after same screening as you whomever was texting said they would call me but they never did. I didn't ask for anyone..I mentioned I was ok with whomever was available..

Took me awhile to get on their list but worth it! Without being too pushy try again after a few days.

I think it's easier to visit them on Saturday or Sunday to see Melanie. She works with new clients more willingly than other providers. And then the doors will be opened!!

Quick updates
I mentioned to Marsha what Not everyone happy with Melanie and she sad Zara already decided not to keep her on weekends as only one option for you guys, so she trying to have different choices for weekends.
