Other customers to me does not make a difference in any way. Some people really let this freak them out, lol.
Sometimes it is just that you want a bigger selection and want to be able to choose a provider from their nice line-up quickly.
So, when you go on a weekend at night have to definitely know what you’re getting into.

Having been to Saigon several times, I would equate the locker room there to a locker room at any regular gym. Guys shower and change in the same area as you and you think nothing of it. The nice thing about Saigon is that the exercise equipment there is "much nicer and enjoyable". Got to make a return visit there next time I visit Philly. Hopefully I can get some time on Dominique or Monica. Happy mongering !
