I would go to DDY in future, I dont go here (SL) because it is far too close to the office and this seems to happen a lot, imagine the guys that dont post,I bet the %'s are high for this to happen, too often. But wtf does the house care? they dont because we all go back, maybe people start finding alternatives. i did ask and insist for discount and said how it was unfair for me to take a L, mms said nope. I guess they don't care about treating customers well. we all know these people make bank, a simple discount gesture would go a long way. if they continue to treat people like shit and stay unprofessional, one of these days i feel like somebody will flip shit and bring everything down

what was really shitty was when i asked if i stay will be guarnated a 30 minute session? she said it would be hard to say like wtf if i stayed instead of leaving i would take a L of a 15 minute session like what? 2 showers and my time is done like really?

It's so disrespectful the shit they pull. Don't let them get away with it. They pulled the same shit on me.
I booked someone before and when I got there, they said the girl wasn't there. So they tried to get another girl on me. I got so fucking tight so I left. Then about a few minutes later I called and then they said some shit about her coming back right after I left and she magically had an appointment with another customer. I asked why they didn't tell me and they said it's because I left. The audacity that they have to lie through their teeth like that. A customer definitely went over time and they didn't have the balls to be honest to my face so the fucked me over for their incompetence to do their job.
In any case, I argued with them and they agreed for $50 off if I came back a bit later. Even after I came back, they tried to back out of it too.
So yea, they lied to you too. And yea, if I can get compensated for that you can too.

Btw, I wasn't aggressive at all in the conversations we had. I was legit just trying to understand why they did it and tried to make them understand why I was upset but they still tried to push back at every step.
And it sucks because what are we gonna do except rant on here while they keep going with all the other customers willing to put up with their bullshit manners.

I think about this kind of thing all the time. If i just miss a week, i can get that nice shirt at Todd Snyder or the jacket at Taylor Stitch i keep waiting to go on sale. Instead, i wear the same old shit and nut the money away.
