Lol don't think it does. But I agree, the hourly rate is a bit steep. Half hour rate is more reasonable. Would recommend half hour for test drive.

Well location is irrelevant, because this girl would be in the Chinese incall Jersey City or Edison for the same price. But it’s like comparing oranges and apples here.

Don't know about that. Go to your favorite amp in Jersey and negotiate with the girl. I know the agencies you talk about have a certain price structure but why go there exclusively and overpay? Go to where you aren't getting ripped off. If you hit enough amps occasionally you can find some really good looking Chinese girls are willing to play ball and open their menus for a lot less than 450-500 if you work on them.

Yeah, if you get there early and the girl isn't ready yet, you'll need to wait in the living room. It's not too bad since they have a cute small dog you can play with. Only downside is you'll see other mongers walk in and out, but I wasn't bothered by that.

Well if your only concern is age/Japanese only and want to limit yourself in that way, then yes. But if you value a great looking 35 year old Chinese woman with a extra wide menu for a great price keep what I said in mind.
