I think that the reason they have poor retention, and high turnover of girls there, is because the girls are not seeing enough customers to make it worth their while staying there.

It's a catch 22. You can't get good girls to work there if the customer flow is lacking, and you can't improve the customer flow if the talent is lacking.

The Spa should bite the bullet and invest in themselves. Hire a couple top notch girls and guarantee them a specific daily income. Maybe for a few days, they will need to supplement the difference between what the girls make vs what it takes to keep them there. If they are good, the word will spread like wildfire, and their problem will be solved.

I love the Spa and love the location. Talent has been very hit or miss there though.

The bullshit fake pictures don't help either. If you're going to use fake pictures fine, but don't tell me the pictures are real pictures of the girl when I ask, then have me drive a half hour to get there, and find the girl looks nothing even close to the picture.

The other catch-22 there is that it's right in the middle of frickin' Martinsville. I'm not sure how this place and the other one there don't get shut down, but if either of them got to be really high-traffic, I don't know that they'd survive. Bridgewater Township is surprisingly tolerant of these places, but this is supposed to be the "higher end" part of town.

I also suspect that with a lot of these places (not necessarily Sky Spa), the income they make from the massage parlor isn't the main reason they exist. They're really there for the money laundering, phony paper jobs for work visas, immigration scams, etc. The $60 a pop house fees are just a nice little bonus.

You definitely got taken. The girls there from what Iv'e seen are opportunistic and fleeting. The place isn't run right. They need to learn from other places that are successful and know what works.
