Yeah, I thought this might come up. I completely disagree with you. I looked at it this way: $40 (regular tip) + $20 (seeing me late) + $20 (for the second shot). Next time when I call her late she will see me and I will have another great time, tip another $80, and STILL feel she was a bargain. If I feel I get great service I tip accordingly, and don't consider or care what anyone else tips.

Not necessarily. Especially not for her. You fail to separate the house from the tip. We all know what the ‘standard’ is. Sometimes more than the acceptable standard is warranted. It’s up to the individual monger to decide. In no way shape or form, does what someone else tip influence what I tip. Let’s be real here. If I were to be the next customer after the OP, I would undoubtedly receive great service since he tipped a little more. She would be happy and I would be the recipient of her happiness. If on the other hand, he gave a lousy less than market tip, she would be upset and I would feel her less that happy mood throughout the session. We have more to loose by those who leave lousy tips than those who leave generous tips.

I suspect there’s a high rate of underreporting damages too. And especially with the underreporting, I don’t believe it keeps the price down in the long run but instead raises the level of distrust and combative tone on all sides.
I swear a decade ago the model was all about building trust as a regular or unleashing the charm. Nowadays, providers are just tired from the procession of dudes angrily lowballing them and just want to get the game over with so they can go home with money in their pocket. In fact, I would say all the pump and dump cheapskates have raised the price for those of us whose goal is to have a pleasant fuck that at least resembles joyful consensual sex. Who can blame a worker for trying to make up for lost wages when someone easy going and generous finally walks in?
Don’t get me wrong, I know providers are making relatively easy money way over what must of us are busting our humps for and I agree a monger should look after their bottom line. I’m just saying reading this forum with your finger over your “DAMAGES????!!!!” hot key and berating perceived over-tippers is not helping anyone enjoy their particular idea of fun within their personal budgets.
