I love the place, but it has gotten unbelievably busy and they're not managing it well. Last time I was there it was an absolute zoo. The girls are standing in the hall yelling into the shower room trying to find out if it is available. MMS is in the hall yelling that time is up. The place is not relaxing at all. When I was leaving and walking to the stairs with Bella, Sunny accidentally opened the curtain from the inside of the shower room and there's a guy standing there with just a towel on (thankfully, he had a towel). Talk about awkward. The parking lot is also like Penn Station and it's almost impossible not to bump into guys. I'm glad they are doing well after so many slow years, but they've got to get their hands around it (and I understanding the parking lot situation is what it is since you can't park in the lot for the Thai Restaurant although the owner of the spa should try throwing a few bucks at the owner of the restaurant and see if he'll change his mind).
