Her lips are fat cause she got injections down there, after my session and never seeing anything like that i looked it up and theres a procedure to puff it up lol i knewbitnwasnt natural but it soo good to munch on

It's puffy because they take fat away from the lower stomach/waist. Pre surgery it won't look as puffy because there is a gut balancing it out.
