No flak from me as I feel your pain. I had made an appointment with Amy, she stuck me in a side room and said be back soon. After 15 minutes, I walked out, Amy met me and said only a few more minutes. No I said and asked for my hf back which she promptly returned.
They are known to take everyone in and play the waiting game. Amy is the only one with any English skills and manager. I would guess couple customers got interrupted on your visit.
I learned long ago, if you sense they are playing games - walk out. Hard to do sometimes but resulting massage is usually sub par and not worth the wait.
Your only hope is to hit them on a slow time ( like zero cars in lot) and still could get interrupted if more mongers appear.
Sunflower is a last resort place for me.
