Just to go back about the parking... I was in a huge ass minivan and wasn't looking forward to the prospect of having my assend hanging out in the street lol. It just felt like such a shallow front parking lot. As I'm out of state now, I didn't really care about recognition or someone recognizing my car or plate.

Lisa really is great. One of the best I've had.

That's what I ended up doing. I backed in in front of the dumpster alongside the edge of the property under the tree. I was going to park in the back or further down the side but I don't like the idea of being blocked in.
