This is Heidy Spa. Half Hour = $30. Hour = $40. 90 Minutes = $60. It has been there for years.

This place is very cautious, probably because the precinct is right down the street! However, I've gotten FS a few times from this spot, but it's definitely a ymmv type of place...

The precinct is within a 3-block radius of at least 25 spas and crews that I could count in my head. The spas are not cautious because of the precinct location. They all want to weed out bad actors, low tippers, and people that they believe will cause them issues.

I can't give my opinion on the other 25 spas in the 3-block radius, I'm only talking about this one. But being cautious won't protect them from cheap customers, etc (the guy pays first anyway...).
