Just a general comment about not pushing the envelop. While I am a firm believer in YMMV, if a provider has been reviewed multiple times and seems she provides or allow certain activities, then I typically will engage in those activities taking the lead, making the first move and not wait for a second visit that may or may not come in the future. Maybe the provider retires, moves to a new location without leaving a forwarding address (her co-workers probably won't send a customer to another location even if they know where she went), gets so busy its difficult to get an appointment or gets married (this has happened to 3 of my ATFs, who got married and left the business quite suddenly). Go for as much as you can without forcing the issue if she says no. Worse thing that can happen is she turns you down, so what its happened to all of us. Sometimes its the fear of failure or fear of rejection that prevents us from trying. There is a famous quote "It's better to have tried and failed than to live life wondering what would've happened if I had tried."
