This seems rather confused.
AFAIK, there are no longer any AMPs operating in Claymont, unless this is a very recent start-up.
There is a Rainbow Spa in Wilmington, but that's listed as closed and the phone number is wrong.
There is an HT Rainbow Spa in Newark, but the phone number is wrong.
Googling the phone number turns up 4 nonsense hits.
Is this for real?

Its 100% real. Call the number and see for yourself. This is the place near carpenter station road.

This one never shut down. It gets confused with the AMP on the other side of Naamans Rd on Carpenter Station Rd that got shut down. If you’re coming from 95 heading out Naamans Rd towards 202/Concurd Pike you turn left on Carpenter Station Rd and it’s in small strip center next to car wash.

If it's the one on Carpenter Station Rd, that's Wilmington, not Claymont.
I think Golden Apple was the other one up there.
RM still has both places (Golden Apple and Rainbow) marked as closed, but maybe they like flying under the radar.
Phone number still doesn't match up. All the advertising has it as (302) 407-9399.
