It's such a grey area. I rather have everything upfront to just avoid any upselling or any oh I don't do that in person and then create an awkward experience or even if I'd want to visit that provider. Yeah I asked and she said she's from CA. You can tell by her accent. No verification process.

I find provider knowledge on LE tactics to be negligible at best. There are still girls out there asking "are you a cop?" What you say is true, but the deed is going to be done anyway.
