Oops folks, it should be French but not Tokyo. Sorry I messed it up. However talking about Tokyo, it is still in business I believe, although there is always a closed sign hanging there. Text/call the spa number and you will find out more

I'm questioning if this is a real review at all.
French has been FS since before I joined the Navy in 1996

Tokyo is and has been open. 1st floor unit has a "closed" sign. 2nd floor is 922, open and walk right up. Younger papasan at the desk. Saigon like shower on 2nd and then up to the 3rd for all your FS needs.
