I don't think he paid up front for 90 mins. The session just happened to run over the hour by 20 mins. It happens...it's rare but it happens. The management probably didn't care because it sounds like it was a slow day. But I would think under normal circumstances if you were to reserve a 90 min. session, theyr'e of course going to charge you up front.
