Yeah, at times I slip and give them the benefit of the doubt. I also do not like this newer trend they have where they ask for $$ up front before services. Used to be they would all just perform what they were going to perform and negotiate a fee with you after the deed. If you read review I did after escaping this place you'll see why I say that. While I understand why they do that, I don't like to negotiate for something and then not get it either (like what they themselves are trying to mitigate in reverse)
