Sorry to hear your time with Angie was not up to expectations. TS I will agree, just get the job done that's it with her. I do believe her massage is quite good.
As far as the damp towel on your back first, I learned many years ago at the infamous ' Aries ' that is standard practice. The slightly damp towel allows the heat from the hot towel treatment to work in deeper.
Yes I too just had a great visit with Hanna, but Angie is a sweetheart also.

It really wasnt up to expectations. However she really was very sweet and did give a good massage. I almost felt bad for her.... She just isnt into it, which is absolutely fine. But she probably shouldnt be there.

I also had same experience with Angie. She is very cute and gives a nice relaxing massage. But I thought her a bit too reserved also when it came to the flip. She went thru the motions, but there was no sense of her being comfortable with it. However, the massage was well worth the house fee.
