I know of a spa where they used to washed and reuse the condoms because the MMS would charge the providers for every condom they used and they had to use condoms that the MMS provided. If the monger brought his own, that was OK. They providers would wash and reuse that one too.

They do this to try to hide their condoms if the place gets raided or if it is her personal ones, getting searched. The cops used to arrest women for prostitution just for carrying condoms. They are easier to hide when unwrapped. The first time I saw this was at a Spanish house where the girl hid it in the bottom of her deodorant. The old Korean amps (Howard st, Canal st, Broadway, etc..) with the huge lineups used to do this too. After the shower, they would go get a condom and bring an unwrapped one on a paper towel. The unclean Pringle’s can is just nasty though.
