Depends on your SENSITIVITIES.
Personally, the 3rd floor is one of the BEST values in CT. Only been with “Lily,” a true Asian nympho MILF.
As for the 6th floor, assertions are that it’s full of “grannies.”
Might be that they too could be classified as MILFs.
Guess you’ll have to “bite the bullet” to find out.
Just remember - what is SEEN cannot be UNSEEN.
