If you only saw 12 that means twice as many were already inside working. And my guess is that you only counted on one side of the street.

Parking is easy at Sky View Mall. $3 for 3 hours, your car is secure and safe(get there before 1 pm on weekends, it gets crazy on weekends)
Old Navy has 2 secure bathrooms with locking doors, one person at a time
the girls are there from 10 am till 8 pm, most work longer than that

Park at the lot on 41st Ave just off Kissena, then walk around the corner to the department store. There's also another lot on the other side of 41st around the corner from Main. For about $10, you can save yourself a long walk and a lot of hassle.
