For Manhattan, the last estimate I saw on % workers in office is 25% of normal. I am not sure what % of college classes are in person, but definitely not 100%. This decline has greatly decreased the sugaring scene in Manhattan because the # of legit SB's/SD's out and about in Manhattan on a daily basis, has greatly declined.

I can definitely say that most major colleges/higher ed institutions in the city are in person with mask mandates for reasons that are certainly due to liability. Private institutions even more so.

For the university I can speak to (which is of considerable size even for NYC) nearly every class (weekly session not just class/section per-term if I'm being clear) is in person but it's just that professors are more acquainted with recording a class or offering it on zoom or in some other record manner if someone is sick.

Here's a fun one that happened recently.

Interesting. That’s lower than what I’m seeing. For less than 25 non-white or white and non-American, I’m getting asked about 400-500 and then for American white of the 5”6+ mold who fancy themselves as models, I get quoted $1k
