It’s time to take brake from these spas. You don’t want to get caught between LE raids and spa warfare.
From WPIX

Authorities initially said that the salon on Eldridge Street near Broome Street was torched with a Molotov cocktail on Sunday afternoon, but have since determined that the arsonist poured gasoline then set it ablaze.

Glad it sounds like everyone is ok, the whole ordeal sounded really scary. I've been there a few times, it's TINY. Person setting the fire 100% knew there were people in there.

That said, love this quote:

Gerrard, of Brooklyn, tried to break the glass door with a stool, before he and another witness were finally able to pry it open a crack for the man stuck inside to escape.

He said the man whose “clothes were fully burned off” ran out of the building, followed by one or two people who were also inside. Then the flames grew.

I'd reckon most in there had their clothes fully burned off. Thankfully none had any burn injuries at all.
The 60 year old woman and the 46 year old man we're both taken to the Cornell Burn Unit and both are in stable condition. They were the only two in the shop when it went down.
