Tabasco is still my favorite for eggs. No need to get fancy with it. I did pick up a bottle of Tabasco Scorpion Pepper Sauce a couple months ago. They had a big display in the hot sauce aisle. Still haven't tried it yet since I didn't read the Scoville Units until I got home.
Everytime I remember to try and buy some of the HOT ONE's homemade sauces off their website they are always sold out. That is a great show. Too many great guests to list. Stone Cold Steve Austin was great on it as well.

Huge fan of Melindas as well. I do like these Ninja guys, ordered from them once in awhile after trying it in Hawaii and seeing their early days farm and setup. Not cheap, but super good with local sourced ingredients.
I use Permian’s Worcestershire sauce as a marinade for my steaks. That as the salt and good ol garlic pepper. I sometimes splash some hot sauce in there too. Oh I need to put some drops of the Scorpion sauce in there next time.
I do use steak sauce when I don’t have time to marinade. I was extremely stoned and I poured some A1 Tabasco sauce on it. Not sure if they still make it but that’s a delicious sauce. So I poured a thin layer on the Ribeye for the last 5 minutes of cook time so it could make a crust. I do it all the time now when stoned. Delicious meat with extra flavor explosion. Haha.
I live in Philly, I found a premixed seasoning called Soul Seasoning. Spiinkle on both sides of any meat while frying. I don't know the combination of spices it has in it off the top of my head. Similar to a Cajon type spice combo.
