The Kingo is right on. The industry has changed dramatically with few studios left to finance high budget shoots. About 5 years ago I saw ads for Lucy Thai in Philly at $400 and Asia in Atlanta at around the same price. The industry still has certain racial rules so white gals are generally paid the most in the industry and this will spill into the escort pricing. Outside of the handful of Asian megastars like Asa Akira, most Asian gals who came into the industry around the tail end of the DVD era, probably have little pull on the porn star agency circuit. 80% of my porn collection is Asian -- I'd rather see Mia Rider or Bella Ling for $500 than Stormy Daniels for $250 but Mia and Bella are totally my type, Stormy is totally not (never even heard of her until the Trump thing). However, assuming that an agency had both of them, Mia would be a bargain gal (though IMHO still overpriced). Since we "Asian Babe Lovers" are a niche in the overall market, you might be able to score a deal with an Asian star who has 15-20 pro titles under her belt but then started to have trouble booking pro-paying shoots.
