Some providers I've had in the past (they've moved on) initially just did the slightest of teases and it took multiple visits before progressing to HE.

sometimes they will allow you to be the "master of your own domain" in early sessions. I had one indy provider that said "I like to watch". Each session became more and more until one day it was like Jerry Seinfeld with his cleaning girl who never "cleaned the apartment" anymore.
