I never thought something like this could happen. No matter how bad things got, I tend to play it off but this is too much. Now my personal experiences with the girls there have been pretty hit or miss and I've considered many times to just stop going back but this no doubt is the worst thing they could do. Tbh I don't even know if I should say this so if a mod wants to delete or message me about how to hide certain details so I can still warn everyone. Please do.

Just a few minutes ago, I was put in a giant group text advertising who they have working at the moment. That is just the stupidest thing I've ever come across. I dont know any of these people but now they all have my phone number. What if one of these guys are LE or something? I have since blocked everyone in that group text including the Seville girls number. Just before blocking their number, I sent them a text asking them to delete any text history or contact info on me. Doubt they'll follow thru on that but I've done all I can. What a major fuckup and annoyance.

If anyone was in said group text, don't say anything about it. Just do what I did and move on. I've deleted and blocked all info relating to that place and to the people in that situation.

Not here to chastise you, but you used your actual number with these girls? I always use a random google voice number , fake name, and never tell girls what area I live in. Just create an identity and stick with it.

Seville is great for me tbh. Besides the couple of threats they send me for not showing up. (I do show up I just hit up the roster to see who answers first cuz I don’t have time to be waiting on replies while I’m on my way there) I haven’t checked my burner (fake number) but I’m about to now cuz that shit just seems crazy. I did notice there’s a downgrade in the selection on BP. But hey bro they alternate from Seville to Super 8 and Motel 6 in Elizabeth. But duhhhhh don’t use your real number. That’s just dumb as fuck. you use your regular phone number? At least download a burner app or get a burner phone. Can't have these businesses getting your actual hpone number.

I didnt even flinch when reading that story. There are far worse things you can do with peoples phone numbers. It takes 15 seconds using sites like peoplesearchnow.com for people to find your address, family, etc. Some providers try to extort customers saying they will come for your life and family lives too. Consider being added to a groupchat just a blessing in disguise.

fair enough. again, lesson learned for the future but im still surprised that they would even do that. i havent been doing this long so maybe to some more experienced guys the story feels meh but it got me feeling nervous

there are good text apps you can use, textnow is very reliable, you can log in and out and not loose your info, make calls, send pics and videos. Never use your real number as it can track you to all your personal information. There are search engines that give you full name age and address, just enough to find your social media info.

text now is the free app I use. I think it requires a valid email account though and the email accounts at google and yahoo rrequire a real phone number to validate so.. I think my fake gmail account that i used to get my fake text now number has my real number attached to it. Not sure if thats of any real concern.

Also you can delete text now app and then get it again and maintain previous history. The account doesnt live in the app. Which is nice for ease of sharing my phone with my spouse without fear of anything shady coming up. Simply delete the app before walking in the door and I can leave my phone face up on the counter no problem.

Not being shady with my phone is a relationship saver.

Agreed. My personal wellfare and safety is important to me. The risk of being mugged or arrested doesnt appeal to me.

I've been getting more careless since things have opened back up in the summer. Using my regular phone to call AMPs to see who is available, etc. But that's it. It just looks like any old number in my log, but I delete it right away anyway just in case. I never have the energy to do some hacking thing with my phone and some burner app and all that. Too much, I'm lazy.

I don't text anyone ever though and certainly not the latinas on Bedpage or other fast houses. No way. My wife looks on my phone when I've pulled up a menu or something for us to order takeout, or to send herself photos on WhatsApp that we've taken on my phone of our kids or whatever. So I really should be more careful, but its more to do with this review site still being up in a browser (normally I use private mode and it disappears but still)..
