This place is in such a weird location downtown, with all the high send stores around. It is above that tiki bar.

Anyone been? Is it legit or a R&T type place?

Many years ago, under different ownership, it was a rub and tug according to some of my friends who had been there. Since the ownership change, it is strictly a legit place.
