Yes for sex workers but the focus is on other people in the sex work ecosystem. That’s not good news for patrons for one.

“the office will continue to prosecute pimps and sex traffickers, as well as people who pay for sex, continuing to fight those who exploit or otherwise profit from prostitution without punishing the people who for decades have borne the brunt of law enforcement’s attention.”

They are chasing the money. Patrons have the money, get them into the legal system where lawyers fees, court fees and just general justice money churn occurs.
Our elected officials write the laws. Most of them a lawyers and/or associated with lawyers. They will think of a way to generate more revenue. Be safe out there.

But if they aren't going to prosecute unlicensed massage parlors, exactly where are the authorities going to pick up johns short of streetside solicitation or undercover stings with female officers? It would seem to me this is great news for customers of street-level establishments.
