I'm not sure if it's just my luck, but it seems like every time I try a new amp, or indy, based on a few recent positive reviews. I end up walking right into a shit-show.

I know one person's trash is another person's treasure. But when some dude comment about a provider being gorgeous, and then when I show up, she's missing teeth, then who the hell am I supposed to believe.

I'm not going to bash or ruin the providers livelihood by giving her a shit review. But maybe we all need to come up with some secret hand signals or something to warn others about the dangers that lurk ahead?

Or better yet, should I just write a simple little app for us mongers, that lets us "hot or not" a bunch of women, tranies, golden girls, methheads, bar flies, and Jersey housewives. Then based on those results we can determine if your idea of sexy is the same as mine.

Thoughts?

@Thumper. Sorry to be frank

Your introduction was not necessary because no 2 brained DNA's are alike!

I may say Wow on a Rambler vehicle while you may say Wow on a 1975 Ford Pinto!

Missed the old days where we pump, then pay. Not anymore nowadays.

Just pay and pump, fill her up, empty yourself to avert blue balls, and move on.

Guys with proven track records are obviously more reliable. Some mongers may not get out much and are so excited any woman is just great. An older guy may think any young girl is beautiful, when that same so called young girl is not so hot to a young stud.
So as always any and all visits are YMMV.

Normally I would agree with that statement. And that's typically what I do. In my neck of the woods, there are certain guys I trust more than others. But I think it's safe to say we are always in search of those hidden gems.

That being said, most of my frustration lately has been mainly with Indy's that come "well reviewed."

This is why it’s best to find a reliable spa or two or three and stick with them. You know the variation in quality will only be a few degrees. If you read a review or the MMS calls and tells you ‘Beautiful young’ you know shes lying but you also know the others that are on call and if you don’t like the ‘new beautiful young’ you can go with a tried and true.

As far as checking out new spas based on reviews, it’s a crap shoot or as you put it a shit show. But, that’s part of the fun. Walking into the unknown. Occasionally it’s the flip side of the shit show and you are taken by how surprisingly good it is and how amazingly beautiful, kind, genuine and sincere she is.

It’s never been my practice to visit any provider based on someone else’s reviews, it’s also not my practice to accept next up at any parlor if she’s not to my liking, inspite of the “only girl here” BS. Reviews can be somewhat unreliable across the board. It takes a bit more time to discover quality lovelies I’ll admit, but definitely worth the time. If I believed a reviewer about a girl that’ll only do HE and nothing else I would be extremely limited as far as extra menu beyond standard R&T goes. Paying HF upon entering the private room is something I quit doing months into this hobby, I make it a point to engage my provider when she’s new to me, make my request of her, she’s either okay with it or not, then full donation is covered, I feel once they get you to cover HF, give you a moment to prepare and attempt to get more during the massage can at times be to their advantage, once she starts rubbing your body you basically have relinquished the HF, she may accommodate even more than standard at this point but she may also uncharge knowing you’ll agree since you’ve committed to the session thus far. In my first year I learned a valuable lesson, I covered both HF and tip, got a very brief back rub, she strapped me up and told me she didn’t like her breast and ass touched, so it was just a quick pump, dump and bounce. Screw this nonsense of “first you pay.”
I’ve recommended quite a few Indy’s, cost is higher than AMPs, but you also get a much nicer looking girl and session.

This is the problem. Why are you guys afraid to give bad reviews?
So on the "Indy based" boards, there are a few reasons not to give bad reviews, and also reasons for when and why you should.

1) They often have dirt on you. When it comes to AMPs, none of them know who Thumper is. But most Indy's ask for your real name, a photo, references, and board names. If no refs are available, they may ask for proof of identity like LinkedIn Profile, or work email. So I am not going to risk posting a bad review, only to have some psycho chick show up at my office, or start sending emails to my CEO.

2) Just because I don't find the provider attractive, doesn't mean that all other men won't as well. And my idea of clean, might not match someone else's. So why should I cost her business because I prefer my providers to be younger than my parents? This poor chick flips tricks for a Living, why should I make life any harder then it already is.

When to absolutely post negative reviews about Indy's ...

1) She gives you an std.
2) Vomits on your arm (this recently happened to me at an amp)
3) You get robbed, attacked, etc...
4) Services not as advertised
5) Chick was a dude

You get my point

Now AMPs are a little different, I don't mind posting truthful experiences, because it helps the hobby. And let's face it, the MMS could give 2-shits.

Why would you disclose your real name and personal info to a prostitute?

It’s not true that the mms doesn’t care. I know a couple who read and react to everything that gets posted.

its fair if you publish unflattering reviews as long as they are true, and unbiased. Or that you try to explain your biases.
For instance, I’m a clean freak. If I see a spa is dirty, or they reuse sheets and towels I call that out, but I explain my phobias. Many guys don’t mind if they reuse sheets on the table so they might not care. I don’t just say the spa was filthy and leave it at that. But I also have already spoken to the girl. If I see my linens are used, I ask the girl to replace before the session. If she says no, I walk.

for appearance of girl I just try to describe her and leave it at that. I don’t rate girls for how pretty they are because that’s way too subjective. There’s plenty of instances of what guys find attractive on this site, that I find repulsive. Guess her age, height, weight, and identify her native country. Cover how well she speaks English and whether she talkative. Maybe add in breast size and ass size as cups, and S, M, L.

ive never cared about what other guys get for services rendered. Half of it is lies anyway, and for better or worse, I play my own game. I realized a long time a go that these girls are people not machines and ymmv.

Why would you disclose your real name and personal info to a prostitute?
In some cases, I’ve had to in order to get screened for a session. One of the best California indies I used, had this standard thing where every time you tried to book, she wanted a single photo that included the cash fanned, your license, and a third random object that varied, like a bar of soap. No photo, no service. She was too nervous about guys. A tiny girl, 4’ 11” and 85 pounds.

Most agencies require some form of proof of identity.

However, a recent venture I had with an Indy. I didn't provide any personal info, she just wanted my Handle on the site I used. However, I probably still won't post a negative review, because who knows if she didnt get my license plate when I drove off.

Which is lame because she came with amazing reviews, and when I walked up to the door, she was more like this... But with really bright makeup on.
