Don't know who does that and don't care. My comments were straight forward...if you're in the mongering game stop whining about the risks of bbfs, It's especially bizarre coming from folks that don't even participate in bare activities. it you're that scared--- suit up and shut your mouth, then you really don't have to worry about what others do since you are always protected.

If a guy suits up 100% of the time he really has nothing to worry about, so the 'stop putting us all at risk' mantra falls pretty flat. Reminds me of the authoritarian types during covid, 'get on board with wearing a mask (we found out those cheap cloth masks did diddly squat to protect us), stand 6 feet away (later proven to be unscientific and to have made no difference at all) and get your shots or you'll kill grandma and the rest of us" (a big lie---the shots neither stopped one from later getting the virus or prevented people from spreading it to others---the exact opposite of what was sold to us) '.

My take is let adults be adults and let them do their own risk assessments and stop the shaming and finger pointing. That is all.

I agree with the STD comments but the covid stuff you are being lied to. Without masks or social distance many of us including you probably won't be here. you probabbly a MAGA dude. It's best to stay on the subject in steads of politic in here................

You need to read more studies, masks were/are totally ineffective, Social distancing shown to have made no difference. Don't take my word for it, educate yourself.

Yup. Science always takes a back seat to those in power wielding their power. And don't you dare question their authority. We've seen what happens to people that DO.

So that's why Cholera doesn't occur as often as it did in the past.

Masks and Social Distancing are sound scientific medical practices. Just look at studies done in Asian countries that have high compliance for both mandates. Compare that to the percentage of compliance here in the US, and it's easily understood why it didn't work as well.

I was referring more toward the facilitation of health promoting behavior changes in a population ... it's pretty far from a science and thats why the leading causes of death in the US are all still things that are generally preventable

Same principle as compliance of masks. The science doesn't work if people think they know better. That's why I don't think you can take Politics out of Public health.

Because Public Health policies/rules are made based on science. Science isn't the issue. Population compliance is. That falls under enforcement, which is political.
