Going to Vegas for the first time in February. Will be staying on the strip at one of the casino hotels. Looking to make the acquaintance of one (or more) of the young ladies working the casino bars or floor. I know they are negotiable, but on average, what is the going rate? How much does time of time of day matter to the donation (I know peak times with lots of guys looking for companions, there may be less room for negotiation). Any other tips?

When in Vegas, don't do what tourists do.

Don't cut a deal right away, have a 10-15 minute chat with them to establish some repoir and you'll weed out a good % of the ones you want nothing to do with.
