Stopped at Ragtime in Woodland Park, first time in 2 years. Place was dead, had a 30 something Brazilian sit with me. Had FS behind the curtains, .5 for the house, and $$ for her. Yup, I know, a little pricey for 15 minutes behind a curtain, but the little head took over after a few beers! Pre-Covid, used to be same HF, but only $ for the lady. Inflation has hit Ragtime! Think I’ll be sticking to my favorite amp.

Yeah, you got ripped off. Been there twice over the past 3 months and both times it was .5 + 1.0. Maybe some girls have different prices, but you should have at least worked .5 off the total.

I have no regrets. I tried for the precovid rate of $, but she held firm. The way I look at it, it was a change of pace from the amp scene, I had a couple of beers, she was actually pretty hot, and I got what I came for, even though it cost me extra. Whenever there will be a next time, I’ll have to negotiate better before I have a few beers!

I hear you, man. I’ve paid up many times myself. Some of these ladies have that 6th sense of when to hold firm, and when to negotiate. Usually, the bigger the ass, the better that 6th sense is!

It is a fictional club, and it was filmed in a real club called Satin Dolls. In the HBO series the place is topless but Satin Dolls, like most Jersey spots, is Go Go which means they do not remove tops or if they do they must cover the nipples with a pasty. The place is not the best although if you are a fan of the Sopranos you may want to visit. They used to sell Bada Bing shirts and souvenirs. They still might but have only visited once post pandemic and was very disappointed.

There is/was pre pandemic tour that visits Sopranos locations in NJ. Satin Dolls is a stop. Strangest thing to have like 40 tourists pile in at 1 pm on a Thursday while you’re in the middle of fingering your ATF at the back end of the bar.

Yeah that happened to me once. I stopped goiNG there around 16. They had changed the LD time from 5 to 3 min and the place was full of Russian dollar whores. before that there was a hot Dominican girl named Reyna there. Tapped that in the LD room, upstairs and take out a bunch of times. No plan to ever go back.

the owners put $ into that place a few years back but the exterior mostly and the stage is still like 10 ft behind the bar and LD area sucks.

I am surprised with all the places mentioned in North Jersey no one mentioned Jiggles in Hawthorne. Brazilian girls , fair looking , one booth in the back . Usual $20 per song and the rest you can sometimes haggle the price . I’ve done CBJ for $ plus two songs. I only go now just for a couple of drinks. AMP spas are a better deal for the money.
