I've been on and off SA for the last 5 years, but my last 2 cycles have been underwhelming (last login was August 2023). Felt like everyone was asking for 1k ppm minimum and deposits/gifts before even meeting up. I also know that SA was policing PPM and the whole purpose of the site, and trying to turn their platform into an actual dating site. Anyone still doing the SB grind? Has the scene improved or it's still like I remember it? Thanks in advance.

I haven’t used it much lately, but I will say that it led to an amazing experience when traveling internationally a few months ago. Agreed that the quality had gone way down domestically

I agree with you about SA being great internationally. It was a blast for me for Japan and Korea. But it is very time-consuming and you need a lot of patience.

It's hard work in NYC but if you are prepared to do a ppm of 400-600 you can do pretty well. I have a nice rotation of 3 all met in last 6 months, all host in Manhattan and very mellow.

I have a trip to Barcelona coming up, I'll do some groundwork the month before and let you guys know if it was worth it.

I think 4-600 is reasonable but I wasn't finding a lot in that range. Maybe it was just the time of the year/ I didn't have the energy to put in the work.
