Have you been there lately? My recent experience is not good. I was there last fall on a Thursday. Only about 5-6 fat and ugly girls. More girls that customers, so no avoiding them. Years ago, before cameras were installed, private dances were great, always left happy, one way or another. Since they put cameras in each room, dances have dried up. Pun intended.
No, not the same place. 7th Heaven (which used to be the real name of another club in Conshohocken, known locally as the 'Conshy Ballet' - LOL), is the latest incarnation of the club on Buck Blvd (Route 115), which used to be Planet Pocono and then part of the Tattletales family of clubs. Only went there once (when it was Tattletales - Pocono, I think) and wasn't impressed. Never saw too many positive reviews of the place either.
I have been there a couple of times since the end of the lockdowns, once on a Friday and once on a Saturday, and, while the talent was pretty good (though not as good as say, before the ownership change in 2016), I still got the vibe about the VIP that fatguy1 described above. Dude who monitors the regular lap dance area kept patrolling and flipping open the curtains to make sure all was on the up-and-up, it seemed like. Also heard some girls talking about the owner monitoring the cameras periodically, too. Now, this was about 6-7 months ago. Was there any kind of problem or crackdown going on then? Without divulging too much, is it better now, maybe?
Yeah, that sounds about right, same as it was when the Diamond Club was owned by the same people (remember the dude up there, who told you straight out that he wouldn't look at the camera if you tipped him well?); HOWEVER, I clearly remember at least one of the last times I was at the Dome throwing $20 in the jar at the counter, and we still were interrupted mid-dance. Also, the girls who were expressing concerns about camera monitoring weren't newbies, but some of the girls who have been friends of ours for many years - you know, the ones who you don't ever see on stage? If they are concerned now about being caught (whereas in past they didn't seem concerned at all), then I have to wonder what is up here. I have been a regular customer and have spent a lot of coin here for many years. I just feel like something is off, especially since the end of all of the pandemic restrictions.
