Right there in the open, with lot of action after all the other shops are closed. Wonder why would someone pick a spot like this.

thought I saw a thread there was a health code or fire code violation that had to be fixed and was taking longer than expected? If that was not the reason, like other popular places they got noticed by LE, got what they wanted (a boatload of cash) and got out.

I'd like to know who the Genius was that decided to open a Spa a few doors down from a Kids Entertainment Center that regularly host birthday parties with young kids and young moms going in and out. Maybe they thought it would be a good place for the dads to kill an hour while the wife and kids were in the amusement center.

The fire code makes sense. The hallway is too narrow. NJ requires 44 inches width for commercial. From the photos on Google, the floor with 3 floor tiles (12 each), so it is only 36 inches. That would be a major construction and will take a few weeks.

I'm not buying that. They would have never gotten their original certificate of occupancy if they were not up to code. The tiles are also probably 16 inch tiles.
