I have pretty specific knowledge for one org but its probably taboo to specify which one they are and I don't want to risk the girl getting found out and in trouble for sharing it with me.
In general C-orgs take a larger cut than K-Orgs and it's been discussed several times over at 151 that allegedly girls who work for both C-Orgs and K-Orgs keep even less from C-Orgs despite C-Orgs charging clients more.
C-Orgs tend to have more complex structure as well due to their 5-day short stay model and having much higher overhead and middlemen in general, but the accusation from those in the know is that even for long-term local girls who don't carry that overhead they give the girls the same amount while the owners pocket the difference as profit.
For K-Orgs the girls might keep something like 2/3 on a per client basis with a separate housing fee (not to be confused with house fee). I think with C-Orgs its the reverse ratio.

There's one girl I know fairly well now, since I've been seeing here for close to 10 years. She is part of a C-org now.. I guess that's what happens with age. Anyway, I asked her and she said that every girl is different and it highly depends on the amount of regular clients they have. She acknowledged that as she got older, regulars would stop coming and that her value got lower. She says she's almost done and only is working a few days out of the week now. I don't know if the last part was BS or not, but I don't see her come around in the South Bay all that much anymore.
"2/3" is a loose figure for the purpose of this discussion format. As far as the specific number goes, I've actually heard mixed answers on that I think they're struggling between oversharing after having friendly relations and their financial interests with me. But what I've heard between directly from the girls or from other forums is not consistent with rasir_x's experience unless he's talking about motel C-orgs. Every source I heard/read about C-AAMP/escort orgs only give the girls 1/3, but they take cover much more aspects of the business. Girls who do both C-Orgs and K-Orgs only do it because 1/3 of 440/500 is at least comparable to 2/3 of 280 (Again, I don't want to get too deep into that)
