For me, the most exciting part of a massage is the anticipation of what is to come next. The piano build up that begins when you groom yourself, that only builds once you leave your home, that gives you those butterflies when you approach the spa, and then every subsequent millisecond you spend on that table completely of responsibility: that special moment in time when the world asking nothing of you but to remain open to the pleasure that will soon ensue.

I think there's a place for both kinds of experiences. Sometimes I go to an old favorite where there's no surprises but I know I'm getting what I want and know what to expect. There's still a great sense of anticipation because I start looking forward to it on my way down to the provider.

Lol, I always get naked for a massage and lie down with no towel on, even if they have the dreaded "underwear stays on" sign. I also try to still be standing naked when the girl comes in so she can see im not shy. She gets a good look at me that way so she can see that I'm clean and groomed, in the hope she likes what she sees. This works well and I've never been asked to put the briefs back on.
