Im wondering if you are speaking about Ivy. If so shes in the west coast. Tiffany was gf of the mgr/owner of PBN but never worked there.

In 2017 their rate was 300. Went up middle of 2018 I believe. I would have to confirm checking texts.

It’s funny. Tiffany has sat next to me on two occasions pining for a double. That was when their rate was still 300. Couldn’t bring myself to see her solo. Not very attractive. And that was when her ink wasn’t over the top. But it’s all about taste and opinion. To each his own.
