some good stuff for sure
here are some things i do

If I correspond via phone, i leave my phone in the car and delete all messages/relating phone numbers going in. If caught in the act - LE can access your phone for evidence. If your phone is not "on your person" (in the car) you are not required to give them a passcode to access your phone

right before going in, remove credit cards and any ADDITIONAL CASH that you will NOT be spending - bring ONLY what you are willing to spend

When walking from car to door - walk like youre a king and you fucking OWN the place
dont have your head on a swivel like you anticipate the swat team

if it's a place youve never been - have a TS even if you usually dont. It's THEIR opportunity to "feel you out". When they give your guy a squeeze and you show approval and enthusiasm, their concern that you're LE goes down

Be a gentleman - dont be a fucking creep

While some are saying "youre not getting ready for a date", consider that - when "ymmv", it's common sense to assume that the provider may be more willing to test limits if you have your shit together. If you dont wipe your ass and you smell, dont be surprised when you get sub par service, and thats REGARDLESS of whether or not you get a table shower. First impressions are important, and if you SHOW UP and your smelly and rank - the damage is done.

Of course if you're a working man coming straight from the job, do your best. Have a toothbrush in the car, maybe some deoderant

I go so far as to not wear underwear - in the event i need to get the pants on quickly, the drawers slow me down.

LE can search my phone, will show I called a spa to get a massage which is not illegal. LE can tackle me on the way to the door, I will sue them because my back hurts and needed a massage. Unless they bust in and catch you playing the trumpet with a stack of coin, you should be fine. Don't talk to LE, get lawyer, they will try to scare you and violate your rights anyway they can sadly.

Good call on the credit cards. They could snap a few pics of your debit card while you’re in the shower. You’d never know.

I used to leave my wallet and phone in the car, but then I started to worry about getting broken into. That’s going to be tough to explain.

Hey Murph, I checked your reviews and I really wouldn’t worry too much about your car being broken into based on the towns you visit. That being said I definitely recommend leaving your wallet in the car and bringing your phone in with you. You need the phone in case you come out and your car is missing and also to report the cards stolen because they were in the car. Lol

It would probably be less of a hassle to have my car stolen at this point. Our phones have our lives in them.

good point
for me, I weigh the risk of the stolen car vs charges against me and don’t frequent areas of high crime

My car is hardly a thief’s wet dream, anyway

Stay safe, gents

My biggest rules especially with indies-
1) no deposits ever. Same applies when they want a photo.
2) wallet, jewelry, phone stay locked in car.
3) bring a few extra 20's just in case but keep separate from donation.
4) always be ready to walk even after donation is given.
5) keep air freshener (fabreeze) in car in event room is smoky or the lady jumped in vat of perfume. Also keep a clean shirt in car to change to in case of incriminating smells.
6) Never accept a drink, food or candy etc from an unknown provider
7) Never give them more than the "I need 5 more mins to get ready" . if she doesn't call or text back room number and say come on in after 5 mins I'm gone.
8) Never ever use your own phone. Use an app.

Lots of great rules but man you get what you pay for has got to be my top recurring rule now.
That central jersey spot that closed which charges like 100 more gave the best service with some of the prettiest girls around. And that was during the pandemic. Im still looking for something that good years later

Agree with all except for the phone. That doesn’t leave my pocket because it has my Uber app if in need a ride for some reason such as car got towed which happened to me once in Newark. Lol. I lock my keys in the car and use an app to unlock ever since a friend told me that when he went back to the car after seeing a provider his car had been ransacked. He believes the girl took his keys when he cleaned up at the bathroom sink for a few minutes and used the remote to unlock from the window allowing someone else to go through the car which sounded plausible.

here's one for people that have pets, be careful, for me it doesn't matter im single. i have a dog, and anytime i come home with a different scent on me, my dog goes crazy jumping on me, sniffing me. may raise an eyebrow if you have a s/o
as far as leaving wallet/phone in car, i am hesitant to do that because of the thievery in my area. i go in with a light wallet, and if i do a t/s i always places my clothes a certain way on the chair (ex a sock on top) so i can tell if anything was disturbed when i come back to the room. also, the heat is not good for the phones.
i will keep the house fee in one pocket, and the tip in another so there is no need to open my wallet in front of them.

9) keep some baby wipes in the car for a little extra clean up on neck, shoulders, chest, etc. where scent may linger.

I see most people here are very paranoid! If you visit places like Newark, Patterson, or Passaic I agree you need these precautions. Never heard of any problem with the girls in other towns in the suburbs. Do you think these spas would risk their reputation by committing a crime? However, just to be extra safe, never, never leave your wallet out of your site in a spa and shut your phone off so no one can open it.

your "paranoid" is other's "extra safe"

take whatever precautions one feels necessary so they can relax during their experience - if that requires a body condom and an armored car, then so be it
